Sea Salt Caramel Brownie

Really the name of this one should say all that needs to be said.  But what fun is that??  So I’m going to pose a question, does sea salt always actually come from the sea?  And what constitutes a ‘sea?’  Do they just have run of the mill sodium chloride and just label this one ‘table salt’ and this one ‘sea salt?’  I dunno…but I do know that whether a trick of the mind or not, sea salt seems to make everything better.  Well, almost everything.  But I digress…sea salt butter caramel dusted in brownie batter??  Yes please.
