Bowie’s Biscoff Cookie Butter Caramel

Bowie’s Ninety Five Sweetses, a decree of culinary revolution, was nailed on our door shortly after his arrival as a winter mascot.  On that list was a demand to spread the merits of cookie butter.  My dear buck-toothed rebel, we are well aware of the demon of temptation that is cookie butter.  So much so, that we added it to our legendary caramel popcorn, to create a flavor for the ages. A flavor to be passed down in lore through generations.  A flavor not to be trifled with.  A flavor……well, you get the point.  We added cookie butter as well as crushed Biscoff cookies to this enticing concoction…but worry not, dear Bowie, no indulgences need be paid, even after sampling the excess of this treat.
